    luca, its a rather hard problem to solve, you would need to people in jdev, the problem is that biboumi does not send multiple messages with the same stanza-id. But this is one of the conditions in XEP0313, every message served from the server has a unique mam stanza-id. i dont remember exactly how Gajim works around it, but i think by replacing known stanza-ids with newly genereated ones. This of course would break other features that reference these messages. Though we are lucky with IRC that it does not support any of these reference message features. ✎
