222m5, so if gajim supports \n, does that mean there's some kind of support for pango markup or anything similar for styling?

pjoter: no idea; iirc there was an editor in 1.3.x that allows you to tweak _some_ ui elements by modifying css

greetings! is there a way to configure notifications per-account in gajim? i have an account that receives a lot of messages but would like to mute the notifications while preserving notifications from this account.
