oh :c .... i see... yet it exists in the "settings" of the client... i am only recently testing with xmpp

spirit2236: it doesn't in Gajim 2.0, it was removed. Those settings come from earlier days

How to install OTR?

modern gajim does not support OTR sadly

also I love OTR but I would reccomend moving of OTR not many clients support it these days

Only really xabber on android and pidgin and Psi+ on desktop support it

and those clients are pretty out dated

I would reccomend using either PGP or OMEMO if you want something which just works

most desktop clients support PGP and I think every major client supports OMEMO

also does gajim ever plan to bring back the contact rooster? I miss it so much removing it was such a stupid choice imo using the search thingy is annoying
