since the code block is not fixed size but instead is getting resizied within the, bro not even the code border the entire message widget itself is, is unlimited in width and fills up the space

when u are scroll up while cursor is inside the code block which gotten no vertical scroll bars it will pass the scrolling even to it

Mmm, it took 15 seconds for the window to open while gajim froze with high cpu, after which all interactions were glitched out and I had to restart the whole process.

On a separate note, scrolling breaks very frequently. One example is after sending a message (when the cursor remains on the input field). PgUp and PgDown no longer work in that case.

Depending on where I click in the conversation, it sometimes works again and sometimes doesn't. I can't quite find a pattern to it tho :(

Apparently if I click on the whitespace to the right on nicknames/times, scrolling doesn't get fixed, but if I click on the right of text from messges it does.

I think writing so much that you NEED PgUp is kinda weird, but I get that this is the best compromise.

On the subject of keyboard shortcuts, the shortcuts window doesn't adapt very well to different sizes. By default is floats, but doesn't fit in my screen so part of it is out-of-bounds. If I make it non-floating, the content doesn't adjust to the new window size; the extra width is blank/transparent, and the bottom remains inaccessible out-of-bounds.

its a standard GTK widget, just give it the shortcuts, its a dialog provided by the framework, so the only thing we could do is write our own

but that its not resizeable for me, probably means it is not expected to be resized, weird that your window manager still lets you do it, this probably causes the problems

lovetox, the roster is not big, and the second time it was even worse, I had to kill Gajim as the window wasn't opening and it screwed up Sway. I can't reproduce this with any other Gajim window.

Hey all! I tried to build the flatpak from source following instructions in https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim/tree/master/flatpak

But I get `bwrap: execvp appstream-compose: No such file or directory` both with `org.gajim.Gajim.Devel.yaml` and `org.gajim.Gajim.yaml`

Did I miss something or is flatpak from debian stable (1.14.10) just too old and unsupported?
