Have created a copr with more recent version https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/fed500/gajim/ Main missing dependency is a recent version of protobufs. There is activity to update it, but it needs some co-ordination to avoid breaking things.

Deleting this, opening the chat, again, and switching the E2EE to "none" and back to "PGP" again, let me choose a key again, now it works!
