I have gajim on a linux desktop. All searches for groups find nothing, but I know there should be search results. How do I fix this?

do you click the little world icon in the start chat dialog?

otherwise check View -> XML Console -> Log for errors

"Join Support Chat" ---> Gajim Support It's good to be here, but it's the only group connection I can get.

I used gajim a while back and was able to search all kinds of groups. Now I can't find groups I know are there. Searches w globe icon do not work.

Seems I will have to search known groups on the web for their JID then enter it in gajim.

groked, while you investigate you can use this site https://search.jabber.network/rooms/1

to investigate you can enable debug logging in preferences, then restart and try again, afterwards look for errors in the log

hello, i have a problem with httpupload module with ejabberd server (jabber.ru). it seems XEP-0363 cannot be recognized properly during disco requests. upload.jabber.ru exists and available. dino client upload files without any problem.
