woo, I fixed another assortment of GUI bugs wrt calling

now it actually works without having to dance with switching around the chat tabs to make it refresh itself in just the right way

next up, actually wiring up calling-to-multiple-resources

I still have no idea how to implement XEP-0353 (Jingle Message Initiation) with graceful degradation to just sending out multiple <iq>s, so it'll be multiple <iq>s method only :D

I'm fine with only supporting message init
