if I am kicked from a muc due to a technical error e.g server to server errors with a status code of 333 or sometimes just says you have left due to an error does gajim try to reconnect again after a certain amount of time or i need to click on the join button manually all the time ?

for example on IRC the client tries to reconnect when there is a timeout or a disconnect

as far as I know, gajim will not automatically try to reconnect, but maybe after restarting the program it will

yeah some mucs will reconnect some just stuck at it the error and presents you with the join button so don't know what can cause it to join in some mucs and don't in others maybe SM at work here to make it reconnect and some other mucs don't have SM enabled ?

SM is something between you and your server, it does not have to do anything with mucs

currently gajim only rejoins on service shutdown

the 333 status code is a bit undefined, its not clear to me as client what it means that you are kicked because of technical problems on the server

when i click on join the muc says internal server error so i guess its something wrong with the server hosting the muc will inform the admin of the server

you can get rid of this error if you disable or remove the openpgp plugin

it seems to be higher res for me

but I don't see a scalable image for the message received icon
