  1. tristank Is there a way to display the chat history for a specific time (for example two days) directly in the chat window without pushing the chat history button?
  2. ruben hi!
  3. ruben i just noticed that the download link in gitlab for python-nbxmpp is broken, it is http://gitlab.gajim.org/gajim/python-nbxmpp/uploads/cf0374c23bc53eb638ea051e83374917/nbxmpp-0.5.4.tar.gz where http://dev.gajim.org/gajim/python-nbxmpp/uploads/cf0374c23bc53eb638ea051e83374917/nbxmpp-0.5.4.tar.gz seems to be the right one. notice the different hostname :)
  4. tristank Another question: Is it possible to disable jingle file transfer completly? If you installed the httpupload Plugin it is quite confusing which button to hit.
  5. tristank Another question: Is it possible to disable jingle file transfer completly in the ACE? If you installed the httpupload plugin it is quite confusing which button to hit.
  6. Asterix tristank: restore_lines and restore_timeout in ACE
  7. Asterix tristank: hmm no, it's not
  8. Asterix ruben‎: fixed, thanks!
  9. lovetox tristank, we probably fuse the buttons together into a menu or something in the future for httpupload and jingle
  10. lovetox right now its not optimal to have two buttons for it
  11. lovetox with the same icon
  12. tristank That would be great! My friends are using the wrong button and its hard to explain non tech-savy persons why there a two buttons which look identical but do different things.
  13. lovetox there are actually three
  14. lovetox image and file for http upload
  15. lovetox and send button for jingle
  16. lovetox if i have time i will do this soon
  17. tristank I'm looking forward to it!

  26. Link Mauve Asterix, moving to new-style classes now isn’t very useful anymore, since no new project will be started in python2.
  27. Asterix probably, but that doesn't hurt ...
  28. Link Mauve That makes the bytecode more bloated.
  29. lovetox what are new-style classes?
  30. Link Mauve lovetox, class Something(object)
  31. Link Mauve That’s only something in python2.
  32. Link Mauve You can safely ignore it.
  33. Link Mauve You can safely ignore it in python3.
  34. Asterix yes but it's not forbidden to use python-nbxmpp in py2 ...
  35. Link Mauve Well, it’s almost 2017 you know.
